Meet Erin McDonnell, Co-Creator of Echoes of Home

Echoes of Home was born from years of friendship, deep soul conversations, and a mutual devotion to truth.  As longtime friends, our bond has become a sacred container where we are both safe to show up messy, be truly seen, witnessed and held in all the phases and cycles of life and womanhood.

Co-creating this podcast together is a sacred collaboration rooted in love, realness, and shared experience. We’re honored to bring forward intentional, reflective conversations that meet women where they are—with depth, grace, and reverence. This podcast is for all of us navigating midlife shifts, identity redefinition, and the tender courage it takes to come home to ourselves.

Professionally, I’ve spent over a decade as a corporate event strategist, creating experiences that align vision with execution, form with feeling. My background in large-scale experiential production, paired with my 200-hour yoga teacher training and deep reverence for sacred space, has shaped me into what I now call a sacred space curator. Whether it’s a boardroom, a breathwork class, or a podcast episode, I am devoted to bringing clarity, flow, and integrity into every container I touch. Through Align Consulting, I help soulful small businesses refine their back-end systems, physical space, and brand expression to reflect their essence. My consulting and creative work lives at the intersection of structure and soul.

At my core, I am a truth-teller, mirror, and sacred disruptor. I crave depth in conversation and connection that cuts straight to the heart. I believe in the power of story, lived experience, and the radical permission we give others when we show up with humility and honesty. Through Essence of Erin, my personal brand, I explore and share from a place of experience, strength, and hope. I’m passionate about growth, embodiment, and helping women remember who they are beneath the noise. Echoes of Home is more than a podcast—it’s a remembering, and I’m honored to be a part of it.
